Now, back to the picture… this is me getting cozy under my heated blanket while giving myself a glutathione IV—the little reset I needed after planning Aligné In Motion!
Stress doesn’t just affect how we feel. It can also contribute to oxidative stress inside the body, which happens when the body produces more free radicals than our antioxidants can neutralize.
Think of free radicals as cellular wear and tear. They’re naturally produced by the body, but emotional stress, poor sleep, alcohol, pollution, and UV exposure can create even more.

I’ve been waiting to share this one with you.
This video is me getting my very own Pixel8 RF treatment! I won’t lie, there were a few spots that definitely made me say “okay, I felt that!” But overall, the discomfort was very manageable and absolutely worth it.
What I loved most? I noticed a small amount of improvement almost immediately, and now, a month later, my skin just keeps looking better. That’s the beauty of collagen remodeling, it doesn’t stop when you leave the office. Your skin continues working behind the scenes for months.

From the warm, inviting atmosphere to every little detail, it feels like it was made for exactly what we’re creating. I already know this will be the home of In Motion for years to come, because this is definitely not a one-time event and I am already planning the next one!
