Ok so this picture doesn't do it justice at all.

But it's home made Trader Joe's 2 potato hash (minus red onion because I didn't have any)
Plus well seasoned air fried salmon. Mixed together.

This was so so good.

I can't wait to have more tomorrow as I have leftovers

Loaded steak potato with cowboy butter. One of the best things I've had in a long long time. Ok s**e. Lobster was yesterday. 😁 Food makes me happy.

PS my son ate his whole half of baked potato skin and all- no butter plus ketchup and hes never ate a baked potato before in his life. He's almost 11.

Don't buy her lobster. She will rave about it for a few days. Maybe even a week. Oh that lobster 🦞 was so good...

It’s with a broken heart that I share that my mom passed away. 💔
I’m still trying to process that she’s gone, and there really aren’t words to describe how much I’ll miss her. She was such an important part of my life, and losing her hurts more than I can put into words.
