Unpopular opinion: waiting to feel confident is keeping you exactly where you are. 🔥The women who look confident didn’t feel confident first. They started scared. They posted the first (terrible) video. They sent the first (awkward) DM.They showed up before they were ready. And the confidence? It came from the doing. Not before it.Confidence is a result. Not a requirement.Drop below: what have you been waiting to feel ready for? 👇 I’m reading every one.

When I first heard about building an online business in my 40s — I rolled my eyes hard. 🙄Then I caught myself.”That’s not for someone like me” — I’ve said that about every good thing that scared me.Egyptian mom. No huge following. Not tech-savvy. Didn’t think it was my lane. But I watched women just like me — busy, 40+, “not the type” — build something flexible and real.I decided to try. Not to be perfect. Just to try.Six months later: I have a team. I have product that actually changed my hair. And I film content in my car between school pickups. 😂If you’re curious, DM me BUSINESS. No pressure. Just honest conversation.

My teta’s skincare routine cost $8 total. Her skin at 75 was extraordinary. 💛🇪🇬Here’s what Egyptian grandmothers have known for generations:✨ Rosewater — anti-inflammatory, pH-balancing (science confirmed)🍯 Raw honey — antibacterial, gentle, deeply moisturizing🫒 Olive oil — barrier-protecting, anti-aging, rich in vitamin EI laughed at her routine for years. Then I started doing actual research.Egyptian women have been doing clean, effective skincare for thousands of years. We just didn’t call it “evidence-based beauty.”Save this and tell me what your grandmother used 👇

Healthy hair isn’t built on wash day alone.

One of my favorite weekly habits is giving my scalp and hair a little extra nourishment before I shampoo. Just a few minutes each week can become part of a consistent hair care routine that leaves your hair looking softer, shinier, and healthier over time.

Do you use a pre-wash treatment, or is this something you’ve never tried?

👇 Comment OIL if you want to know exactly how I use it in my routine.

Nobody grows up saying, “I want to sell shampoo.”

I didn’t either.

I was simply looking for a way to create another income stream while keeping my career.

What I found was a business that already had the products, the shipping, the systems, the customer support, and the training in place. I just had to show up consistently and help people.

It’s not for everyone.

But if you’ve ever wished you had an extra few hundred dollars a month—or wanted to build something without starting from zero—I’d be happy to show you what I do.

DM me BIZ and I’ll answer your questions. No pressure—just information.

Things only Egyptian women understand about beauty 😂🇪🇬1. Your khala has full opinions about your face at all times2. Olive oil is the universal Egyptian answer3. kohl = oxygen. non-negotiable.4. Your teta’s skincare cost $8 and worked better than your $300 routineAnd the wildest part? Most of it is BACKED BY SCIENCE now.Egyptian women have been ahead of the beauty industry for literal millennia. We just did it with more unsolicited opinions. 😂Drop yours below 👇

The hair lie my Egyptian mom passed down without knowing it was a lie. 🇪🇬💇‍♀️She said: “don’t let a cheap hairdresser touch your ends.” And I spent 20 years blaming scissors. The real culprit? The ingredients I was using every single day.Sulfates — the foaming agents in most drugstore shampoos — strip your scalp’s natural oils and disrupt the skin barrier that healthy growth depends on.I switched to a sulfate-free, scalp-first formula 6 months ago. The difference in density alone shocked me.Your hair is not “just that way.” Your routine might be working against you.Comment "Me” and I’ll break down exactly what to look for. 👇

Somewhere in my 30s I confused fear with wisdom.I kept telling myself I was “being careful.” I was waiting for the right time, the right circumstances, the right version of myself. Then 40 hit and something cracked open. 🔥The waiting wasn’t protecting me. It was keeping me exactly where I was.If you’re a woman over 40 with something burning inside you — a business, a dream, a voice you’ve been quieting —That burning? It’s not random. That’s your purpose knocking.Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if this is you. I want to know you’re out there.

🚨 Monday Hair Myth 4

Myth: If you’re shedding hair, you’re going bald.

Truth: Not necessarily.

Most of us naturally shed 50–100 hairs a day as part of the normal hair growth cycle.

The real question isn’t “Am I shedding?”

It’s:
✔️ Is it more than usual?
✔️ Has it been happening for weeks or months?
✔️ Are you noticing thinning or wider parts?

Stress, hormones, illness, nutrition, and scalp health can all affect how much hair you shed.

So don’t panic every time you clean your brush or shower drain. ❤️

Healthy hair sheds.
Healthy hair also grows.

✨ What worries you most about your hair?

Tell me in the comments—I might turn your question into next Monday’s Hair Myth!

Somewhere along the way, I realized something…

I wasn’t taking care of myself because I wanted to.

I was doing it because I thought I was supposed to.

Now?

I color my hair because I enjoy it.
I wear makeup because it’s fun for me.
I take care of my skin because I love how it makes me feel.

Not for approval.
Not to look younger.
Not to meet someone else’s expectations.

And if another woman chooses gray hair, no makeup, or a completely different path—I respect that too.

Confidence isn’t about looking the same.

It’s about having the freedom to choose what makes you feel like your best self.

✨ What’s one thing you do just for YOU?

I’d love to read your answers. 💛
