These guided reformer classes will be offered during select hours when the studio is normally closed, giving our women more access to move, stretch, strengthen, and reset inside the space they already love.
Before we officially open these classes, we’re looking for a few women to experience Vault Guided first and share their feedback with us.

This past week was truly special. 🤍
Teaching my very first classes at The Pilates Vault was such a humbling and amazing experience, and I just want to say thank you for the love, patience, encouragement, and support you all showed me.
It reminded me of something so important: this studio is not built by one person. It is built by community, by our members, by our instructors, and by women showing up for each other.
Because of that, we are dreaming a little bigger.
We are beginning the process of creating The Pilates Vault Academy — a reformer Pilates instructor training program designed to help women in our community learn, grow, and become confident instructors.
Our goal is to create real opportunities for women who may want to teach, start a new path, deepen their Pilates knowledge, or become part of something meaningful.
The program will be built around safe movement, reformer foundations, cueing, class structure, modifications, client care, and the heart behind leading a room with confidence and kindness.
We are still in the early stages, but I am so excited for what this could become.

Fourth of July Studio Schedule 🇺🇸✨

Hi Vault community 🤍
We wanted to share a quick update with you all. Camilla will be out this week as she is currently out of town dealing with a family emergency. We are keeping her and her family in our thoughts and sending them so much love during this time.
Instead of cancelling classes, I will be stepping in and doing my very best to keep things moving for you all.
I want to be fully honest — I am currently still an apprentice training under Camilla, and I am by no means a full-fledged instructor like the incredible women who normally lead you. But I care deeply about this studio, this community, and each of you who walk through our doors.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, Dynamics classes will be adjusted to a more traditional format while Camilla is away. My priority is to make sure you still feel supported, cared for, challenged in the right way, and safe in your movement.
Unexpected changes are never ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience, grace, and understanding as we navigate this together.

A little studio note before class 🤍
For your very first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you in, show you around, help you get settled on your reformer, and answer any questions before class begins.
After your first class, arriving 5–10 minutes early is perfect.
This gives the class before you time to exit calmly and allows your instructor a few moments to reset the studio, prepare the space, and make sure everything is ready for your class experience.

Starting with today’s update, if we ever have to cancel a class on our end, your returned class credit will now be able to roll over into your next billing cycle.
We know life is busy, and when a class is cancelled by the studio, we never want you to feel rushed or lose the opportunity to use that credit simply because your billing cycle is ending.
Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and for helping us continue to improve the member experience. We are so grateful for this community and truly want The Vault to feel thoughtful, fair, and supportive every step of the way. ✨

Whether you’re brand new to the reformer or building your confidence, we have classes designed to meet you where you are.
At The Pilates Vault, we always encourage clients to start with Beginner or All Skill Levels classes until both you and your instructors feel confident that you’re ready to move into more advanced formats. Pilates is most effective when your foundation is strong, your form is safe, and your body is prepared for the pace, transitions, and intensity of higher-level classes.

Fundamentals
Zero experience? Zero problem. This class is perfect for first-timers, anyone returning after a break, clients recovering from injury, or those who want to slow down and focus on form. You’ll learn the springs, straps, props, and foundational movements so you can move with confidence.

A slower, softer class designed to help you reset from the inside out. Expect gentle movement, deep stretching, breathwork, and a restored body. Perfect for tight muscles, sore bodies, stressful weeks, or days when you need to slow down.

Classical Pilates roots with a modern Vault upgrade. This class blends traditional reformer work with contemporary variations to help you stretch, strengthen, and connect deeper to your body. Controlled, intentional, and effective for every level.

Ready to turn up the intensity? Dynamics blends Pilates principles with modern functional movement for a faster-paced, high-energy flow. Expect stronger transitions, endurance work, full-body strength, and a core challenge that keeps you coming back.

Cardio & Jumpboard
Our athletic reformer class designed for clients ready for more power, pace, and cardio. Using the jumpboard, this class combines low-impact cardio, coordination, strength, and deep core control for a workout that feels elevated, energizing, and intentional.

I’m so sorry for the last-minute change, but our instructor Kassi is not feeling well today, so we need to cancel today’s 3:00 PM and 4:15 PM classes.
We never take canceling classes lightly, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you so much for your understanding and grace while she rests and gets better.
