It’s that exact second when:
The entire room exhales at the same time during footwork.
The instructor gently shifts your hips a half-inch to the right and everything instantly catches on fire. 🔥
You hold a plank 5 seconds longer than you thought possible just because the person next to you isn’t dropping either.
You step off the carriage at the end feeling two inches taller (and slightly like jelly).

That's how many times this year a woman has walked through our doors, kicked off her shoes, and rolled out on a Reformer.
Not 3,253 workouts. 3,253 decisions.
The 5:40 AM alarm she didn't snooze. The class she booked on her lunch break because the day was falling apart. The night she came straight from carpool, hair up, zero energy — and left standing taller. 💛
