Summer in LA means sunshine… and sometimes a little too much sunshine ☀️😅
After getting a little more sun than I should have, I spent some time in the studio giving my skin and body a little extra care.
🧂 Halotherapy (salt therapy) creates a dry salt environment that many people use as part of their wellness routine for respiratory support and to help soothe dry, irritated skin.
🚨 Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that may support circulation, cellular activity, and the body’s natural recovery processes.
Of course, nothing replaces smart sun habits (hello sunscreen 🙌), but I love having tools like these available when my body needs a little reset.
Sometimes wellness is just taking a little time to take care of yourself.

What a ride.
The World Cup has been such a fun reminder of what sports can do — bringing people together from all over the world to celebrate, compete, dream, and cheer for something bigger than ourselves.
Watching these incredible athletes push their limits and represent their countries has been a beautiful reminder of the human experience: the commitment, the passion, the highs, the heartbreak, and the pursuit of being our best.
We’ll definitely miss the excitement, the late games, the celebrations, and all the memories made along the way.
