Designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their existing practice, this training offers an opportunity to develop a strong, grounded foundation in working with Crystal Bowls and Sound.

Through a combination of online and in-person teachings, practical exercises, guided, and experiential learning, you will be supported to explore your relationship with Sound, awaken your potential, and build confidence in your practice through hands-on practice and learning.

On this special day, sacred places around the world, such as pyramids, temples, and ancient power spots, receive a beautiful surge of cosmic energy from the Sun.

As Solar Energy beings deeply connected to this energy, you may feel called either to move forward, explore, and take action, or to slow down, rest, and reflect. Notice what feels right for you.

This season invites us to balance Fire and Water energies. Excess fire can manifest as inflammation, skin issues, sleep disturbances, emotional ups and downs, or mental restlessness.
