In a world where the direct sales industry is changing, my company is staying true to its core values, practicing the golden rule with the priorities of faith first, family second, and career third. It's worked for 62 years. So why change it!?

What all the prizes, jewelry, crowns, cars, and ribbons represent is more than selling a magic potion in a little pink jar. It's about changing lives. It's about showing people how they can enrich the world around them by embracing a chance to be able to help others and their communities.

My myths or "buzz words"

Lets talk about some myths or what I call "buzz words" or phrases commonly used when describing cosmetic and skin care products.

First myth: "Clean" beauty products.
✅️ Fact: This is actually a marketing term without legal regulation.
✅️Fact: You want to look for brands that clearly list their ingredients, brands that are backed by scientific study, undergo rigid clinical testing and look for products that work for your skin's unique needs,

Second myth: "All natural" Skin care and/ or makeup products. It seems to be commonly believed that "natural" products are safer, less irritating for the skin, more effective, chemical free and better for your skin.
✅️Fact: Natural ingredients can also cause reactions and irritations. Poison Ivy is natural. But, I would not put it on my skin! Proper testing is crucial for an skin care products.
✅Fact: ️Effectiveness comes from scientifically formulated ingredients whether natural or synthetic. Synthetic ingredients are rigorously tested to be proven safe (at least if they meet EU standards for testing and safety).
✅Fact: ️The term "chemical free" is misleading...even water itself is a chemical.
✅Fact: ️The idea that "all natural" products are safer or superior is incorrect. Some natural ingredients may not be effective and incorporating proven synthetic compounds can be necessary for optimal results.
