At Thrive Med Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our treatments require extended appointment times, and last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling prevent us from offering those openings to other clients who are waiting.
To help us serve all of our clients fairly, please review our scheduling policies below.

For the safety of your children, our clients, and our staff, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at appointments unless they are receiving a service. If childcare arrangements fall through, please contact us to reschedule rather than bringing your child to your appointment.

We require at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Business hours apply. Messages sent while the office is closed (including evenings, weekends, or holidays) will be considered received when we reopen and do not count toward the required 24-business-hour notice.

For example, if your appointment is Tuesday morning, a cancellation message sent on Sunday while we are closed does not satisfy the 24-business-hour notice requirement.

Late cancellations and no-shows remain subject to our cancellation policy and applicable fees.

Extended Appointment Rescheduling Policy

Appointments lasting more than one hour reserve a significant portion of a provider’s schedule.

* One reschedule with at least 24 business hours’ notice is permitted at no charge.
* Beginning with the second reschedule of the same appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be required before a new appointment can be reserved.
* This fee is separate from any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. When they do, please contact us as soon as possible. While emergencies will always be considered individually, repeated cancellations or reschedules—even when made within the required notice period—may require a scheduling fee for future extended appointments.
