SSK Medspa

Sometimes I have to pause and appreciate what we create every week. ✨

A breast lift with implants, also called a "mastopexy augmentation," was once considered too unpredictable to perform in one operation. 🤷‍♂️

I was fortunate to learn from one of the pioneers who helped change that thinking. Today, it’s one of the signature procedures I perform most often. 🤗

For this patient, we combined a precision breast lift with 500 cc Motiva Round Full implants and TIGR® internal bra mesh for added pocket control, support and stability.

One operation. So many variables. Every detail matters.

Lifted. Fuller. Supported. Beautiful cleavage. 👑

Why do patients come back for more? 🤍

Because trust is earned, one result at a time.

My amazing patient Wendy De Leon Realtor📍SoCal says it best 😂 Once your breasts look this good, the tummy may start asking for its turn too.

For me, it is never about doing more just to do more. My job is to listen, be honest, and create a plan that makes sense for the whole body. The breasts and tummy should complement each other and look like they have always belonged together. ✨

I am so grateful to Wendy for trusting me again, and to my beautiful wife Sherry Kelishadi for helping me share these real conversations.

THURSDAY TRUTHS 👑

Her words. Not mine. 🖤

When choosing a breast revision plastic surgeon, experience, honesty and trust matter.

Thank you, Wendy, and every SSK patient who has shared your story. I would not be the King of Cleavage without your trust and support. It means the world to me. 🙏

Small implant. Big strategy. ✨

This petite, athletic patient wanted more upper-pole fullness—but she did not want large breasts. She also wanted to avoid general anesthesia and have the lightest recovery we could safely give her.

Because she had previous breast surgery, this was not a traditional Preservé™ case. But we were able to adapt its minimal-access principles.

Her previous implants had been under the muscle, and that old pocket had closed. Using channel and balloon dissection, I created a precise new pocket above the muscle and placed 185cc Motiva Ergonomix® Mini implants using a Keller Funnel.

Minimal access. Precise pocket control. A result designed around her body and her goals. 👑

She was up and walking shortly after surgery and returned to her home state two days later.

Would you choose a subtle enhancement like this—or more volume? 👇

Patient testimonials will always be my biggest flex. 🖤👑

“I have friends who were promised one thing… then woke up to something completely different. With Dr. K, he was honest from the get-go.”

No false promises. No one-size-fits-all surgery.

Just honest conversations, realistic expectations and a personalized plan built around your body. She has a petite frame, so I explained exactly what it would take to build the look she wanted.

Her final words?

“It was worth it. So worth it.” 🥹✨

That’s what trust in your plastic surgeon should feel like—from the first consultation to the final result.

What is the ONE quality you would never compromise on when choosing your plastic surgeon? 👇🏼

Happiness isn’t a procedure. 💯

Plastic surgery can enhance your body—and sometimes reveal confidence that was already within you. But it cannot replace mindset, self-worth, or inner work.

My integrity as a plastic surgeon isn’t only reflected in how I operate. It’s also knowing when to say no. 👑

Confidence may be revealed in the operating room—but happiness starts within.

FILLER FRIDAY 💉 But when is enough… enough?

I love Botox and filler. I use them, teach them, and believe in thoughtful maintenance.

But there comes a point when adding more product cannot replace what someone actually needs—and may make future facial surgery more complicated.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more filler. It’s a beautifully planned deep-plane facelift and neck lift, gliding brow lift, or complete facial rejuvenation designed to restore—not distort. ✨

WAS IT VANITY… OR REVENGE? 😂

He trained MMA. Worked out. Ate clean. Looked great.

But one stubborn love handle bothered him… and one comment from his wife sealed the deal. 😅

Here’s what I’ve learned as a board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach: plastic surgery is personal.

My job isn’t to judge your reason. It’s to make sure the goal is realistic, the decision is yours, and the surgery can be done safely.

Would you fix it—or let it go? 👇
