Supporting Bridge of Hope, this Friday, my daughter Scarlett and I will be participating in Night In A Car, a community event that raises awareness and funds for local families experiencing housing insecurity.
The event benefits the work of Housing Transitions and other local organizations that help individuals and families in Centre County find stable housing, access resources, and rebuild their lives during difficult times. Their work provides more than shelter, it provides a pathway to stability, independence, and hope.
I chose to participate because I’ve seen firsthand how quickly life circumstances can change. A close friend of mine faced homelessness following a divorce and was able to get back on her feet thanks in part to the support of community organizations.
One night in a car can’t truly replicate the challenges that many families face, but it can help raise awareness and support for those working to make a difference.

A New Chapter for Shane
Many of you know and love Shane for her calm presence, skilled hands, and genuine care for every client who walks through our doors.
We’re excited to share that Shane recently got married and will soon be relocating to Maryland to begin this next chapter of her life. While we’re incredibly happy for her, we’ll certainly miss having her as part of the Artemis team.
Shane will be seeing clients through July 18th, so if you’ve been meaning to book with her one more time, now is the time.
Shane, thank you for the care, dedication, and kindness you’ve brought to Artemis. We are so grateful for the impact you’ve made on our team and our clients, and we wish you nothing but happiness and success in this exciting new adventure.
