I remember beginning my career and thinking that if I could just get 2 years… or 5 years… under my belt, I’d finally be:

A better LMT, confident enough to charge more and not make any more mistakes.

Shuckee darn that’s not how it works.

The more experience I gained, the more I realized that growth doesn’t come from pretending you have it all figured out.

It comes from asking questions, trying things, messing up, sharing what you learned, and doing it all over again.

Sometimes, as teachers, we accidentally create the impression that we’ve arrived.

I don’t think that helps anyone.

So we’re building something that feels human with all our F ups and flaws.

A place where exploration matters more than perfection, where all questions are welcomed, and all humans have a place to feel cozy.

Focus has always been a problem for me, but instead of wishing I was different…I just allow my brain to dabble.

Not fighting myself to fit into just one modality or mold.

But meeting myself where it’s at with the slowness and precision of Sarga and the play that Thai massage offers.

This allowed me to become an expert.

No 2 sessions are the same AND I stay present 98% of the time (being real here cause sometimes my delicious lunch pops into my mind😆)
