Hey all you smart cookies! Here's an awesome easy 3-ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe that's sooo easy to make, it's nuts!
To make: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all 3 ingredients together until well blended. Roll into 1" balls and put on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 12 minutes. When they are cool enough to handle, cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 15 cookies!
