I'm excited to offer Lunch in the Woods, a 45-minute guided forest bathing experience designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature in the middle of your day. Sometimes all it takes is 45 minutes outside to completely change the rest of your day. Who's ready to trade fluorescent lights for sunshine and eating lunch with the trees?!

Tonight was so much fun! Thank you to everyone who came to my Flower Crown Workshop. We spent the evening learning about the magic of the season, the history of flower crowns and why they have been worn in celebration for centuries, and taking a moment to honor everything we've nurtured and watched bloom in our own lives. The Lughnasadh Ritual Box Arrives July 22nd. I am so excited to announce the release of the next Ritual Box, created in collaboration with The Silver Cauldron and featuring a special collaboration with Starforged Studio. Each box will include a wearable piece inspired by the spirit of Lughnasadh, crafted especially for this release.

As always you will also get a handmade item, a medium crystal, a way to cleanse your space, book of shadow pages and a complete ritual to help you celebrate the first harvest

This collaboration is the first of what I hope will be many opportunities to work with the talented makers and artists at The Silver Cauldron!
