I’ve had the honor of making Bri’s bridal shower, baby shower, and now her son’s first birthday cookies. I absolutely love being a small part in my clients’ life moments and celebrations.🩵

I had the honor of attending a brunch for Democratic Nominee David Crowley, with MI Governor Gretchen Whitmer as the special guest. It was roughly a thousand degrees outside, but that didn’t stop either of them from greeting every single person; handshake, hug, genuine connection.

This is the kind of leadership we need: people willing to stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with their constituents, answer questions honestly, and show up with humility and heart.

It was an electrifying event to witness, and I’m grateful I got to be in the room (or in this case, backyard).💙🇺🇸

Congrats to David Crowley, our Democratic nominee for Governor of Wisconsin! Getting to know David personally has been an absolute joy. He’s a genuine, grounded, brilliant, gem of a human who leads with heart and purpose. I’m confident he’ll bring meaningful, forward‑thinking change to our state. Let’s carry this momentum all the way to the finish line!💙

I made cookies for the real life Evan, who played Evan Hansen in the Tosa West Trojan Players production of Dear Evan Hansen, a show that absolutely wrecked me (in the best way) back in fall 2025. I went with my best friend, fully prepared to love it, but not prepared for how deeply these kids would make me feel every heavy theme this show carries: su***de, depression, bullying, fractured families, the ache of wanting to belong.

I was nervous about teenagers capturing such big topics. But they handled them with a grace that felt beyond their years. And honestly, it makes perfect sense that Tosa West was chosen as the first high school in the entire country to put on this show. I can’t imagine a better school to carry that honor.

Then came the invite to the International Thespian Festival in Indiana in June. They were going to perform the show for over 3,000 people, so they put on two more shows here to prepare. Naturally, I had to see it again. I remembered to wear waterproof mascara this time because I cried like a baby all over again.

I’ve seen shows on Broadway in NY. I’ve seen professional touring companies. I’ve been involved in theater since I was little. But this is the show I’ll remember forever.

Thank you, Director Adam Steffan, for leading with such vision. Thank you to the extraordinary cast and crew for pouring your hearts into every moment. And thank you, Evan, for letting me witness something truly remarkable, and for letting me show my appreciation in the small way I know best: with cookies.🍪 👕💕
