Thank you for your curiosity, your presence, your stories, your laughter, and your willingness to gather in community. Every conversation, every shared cup of the mocktails made with our GATHER Tisane, every oracle card reading and intuitive energy reading session, every moment of connection reminded me why I do this work.
It is such an honor to now call SoulTerra STL home. This is a beautiful collective of compassionate facilitators who are devoted to supporting healing through bodywork, energy work, sound, movement, scent, steaming and holistic wellness. Together, we are creating a space where each person is welcomed exactly as they are and invited to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.
I believe our bodies remember. I believe the ancient wisdom within our bones and inherited practices are deeply realized and embodied through ritual and our services.
Our bodies remember the rhythms of the Earth, the medicine of the plants, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the innate capacity to heal. Sometimes we simply need a safe place, gentle guidance, and the support of nature to awaken what has always been there.

Mugwort has long been honored as the herb of the Moon, supporting intuition, dreamwork, protection, spiritual insight, and connection to the unseen. Though it now grows wild throughout North America, this beautiful creeper found her way into my own garden years ago. Rather than pulling her away, I chose to let her grow as she wished, allowing the wild to mingle with the tended garden. 🏵️🌿🐛

This mugwort is harvested by hand and gathered in harmony with lunar energy before being carefully bundled for ritual use. 🌕🫳

Burn them as sacred smoke, place them upon your altar, or use them to cleanse your ritual space as you welcome the wisdom and illumination of the moon.

Botanical information: Common mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris, named after the Goddess of the Moon and wild hunt, Artemis) is native to Europe, though it has become naturalized and grows abundantly wild throughout much of North America.

🌕 The stag/deer is one of our most sacred animals. For a Buck Moon ritual, many practitioners naturally place the stag in the North, as July's Buck Moon is deeply connected with the forests, the growth of antlers, maturity, and the fertile abundance of midsummer.

The **Buck Moon**, named for the time when young bucks begin growing a new set of antlers, reminds us that growth is often quiet before it becomes visible. Just as antlers emerge covered in soft velvet, our own transformation asks for patience, nourishment, and trust.

For generations, mugwort has been known as one of the Moon's sacred botanicals. Traditionally used to support dreaming, intuition, meditation, menstrual wellness, and spiritual practices, This sacred plant invites us to slow down and listen to our inner wisdom.
