Thank you to every client who has trusted us, shared your experience, and allowed us to walk alongside you. Your kind words continue to inspire us to serve our community with compassion, education, and intention.

POV: My type of therapy. 💆‍♀️🌿

Some people unwind with a vacation.

I unwind on the massage table.

Because therapy can look like:
✨ Releasing the tension you've been carrying for weeks.
✨ Taking one hour that's completely yours.
✨ Giving your nervous system a chance to slow down.
✨ Walking out feeling lighter—in both body and mind.

Massage isn't just about treating sore muscles. It's about creating space to recover, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

There is nothing more rewarding than helping our clients feel supported, comfortable, and cared for throughout every stage of life.

Thank you, Elizabeth, for trusting MOSS Wellness with your prenatal massage experience. Creating a safe, relaxing environment where you feel informed and at ease is at the heart of everything we do.

Your kind words remind us why we love what we do. ✨

"This was my first time ever doing a massage while pregnant, and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience... Scarleth did such an amazing job explaining each step and helping me feel comfortable throughout the massage. I'm so excited to come back!" — Elizabeth H.

Pregnancy isn't a reason to stop—it's a reason to train for the life you're building. 🤍

The goal isn't to "bounce back" or hit personal records. It's to prepare your body for the everyday demands of pregnancy, birth, recovery, and motherhood.

Train to:
✨ Pick up your kids.
✨ Carry the groceries.
✨ Get up from the floor with confidence.
✨ Support your changing body.
✨ Build strength that lasts beyond pregnancy.

Research continues to show that, for most uncomplicated pregnancies, staying active can support physical function, reduce common pregnancy discomforts, improve mental wellbeing, and prepare your body for labor and postpartum recovery.

Your workouts may look different—and that's exactly the point. Training smarter means adapting your movement to meet your body's changing needs, not avoiding movement altogether.

Strong isn't just for pregnancy. It's for the life that comes after it. 💚

The most underrated part of a massage isn't the massage—it's the uninterrupted time. 🤍

For one hour, there's nowhere else to be.
No emails to answer.
No notifications to check.
No dishes waiting in the sink.
No expectations to meet.
No one asking for your attention.
Just space to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.

Yes, massage helps ease muscle tension and support recovery. But sometimes the greatest benefit is giving your nervous system permission to step out of "go mode" and into a place of rest.

In a world that constantly asks for more of you, uninterrupted time isn't a luxury—it's part of caring for your health.

Maybe what you need most isn't another item checked off your to-do list.
Maybe it's one hour that's entirely yours.

☀️ Make the Most of Summer with Our Community Guide!

Summer is the perfect time to get outside, explore your community, and create meaningful connections. That's why we've put together our Summer Community Guide—a collection of local events, activities, and opportunities to help you stay active, connected, and well all season long.

Whether you're looking for family-friendly adventures, outdoor movement, or new ways to engage with your community, there's something for everyone.

At MOSS Wellness, we believe wellness extends beyond the clinic. It grows through movement, meaningful relationships, and the communities we build together.

Preparing for birth has looked less like "training" and more like intentionally preparing my body for the work it's designed to do. 🤍

Throughout this pregnancy, I've been focusing on movement that helps improve hip mobility, create space for baby, encourage pelvic floor relaxation, support optimal fetal positioning, and build the strength and body awareness I'll rely on during labor.

My goal isn't to have a "perfect" birth—it's to enter labor feeling strong, mobile, and connected to my body. Small, consistent movement has become one of the ways I'm supporting both my physical and mental preparation for birth.

Every pregnancy is different, so these are the movements that feel supportive for my body and my birth goals. Always talk with your healthcare provider before beginning or changing an exercise routine during pregnancy.

🌿 Spotlight Ingredient: Sea Moss

Sea moss is rich in naturally occurring minerals like iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron, making it a nutrient-dense addition to a balanced diet.

Potential benefits may include:
✨ Supporting thyroid health
✨ Promoting digestive wellness
✨ Providing antioxidants
✨ Helping meet daily mineral needs

While sea moss can support overall wellness, it's not a miracle supplement. Because it's naturally high in iodine, moderation is key—especially for those with thyroid conditions.

At MOSS Wellness, we believe the best results come from building a strong foundation through balanced nutrition, movement, and sustainable lifestyle habits. 🌿
