I first started using BIAB on myself before taking on clients, I’ve had sets last me 3 weeks+ and I’ve had them peel away from my nail after a few days…
The ENEMY is hot water and chemicals! Especially during the first 24-48 hours, do not soak your hands in hot water (in the bath or washing up) or use chemicals / cleaning products without gloves!
You may find that the product starts lifting / peeling from your nail and once this occurs a soak-off is usually needed.
If this happens DO NOT pick or pull the product off your nails as this will also take off layers of your natural nail !!
