If you're over 40, you already have close to a 40% chance of some kind of heart disease. 😳

But here's the good news. A study of almost 460,000 people found that climbing more than 5 flights of stairs a day cuts that risk by over 20%.

No gym. No equipment. Just stairs.

Skip the elevator today. Your heart will thank you. ❤️

The health industry has been lying to you. And they have made billions of dollars doing it.

Here are the top 3 lies that have kept Americans sick, confused and spending money on things that do not work.

Lie 1 — Low Fat Food Is Healthier

In the 1980s the US government declared fat the enemy. Food companies pulled fat out of everything. Yogurt. Salad dressing. Peanut butter. Crackers. Milk.

But food without fat tastes like cardboard. So they replaced it with sugar and refined carbohydrates.

The result? Obesity rates doubled. Diabetes exploded. Heart disease kept climbing. The low fat era is now widely recognized as one of the biggest public health disasters in American history.

Fat was never the enemy. Sugar was.

Lie 2 — Multivitamins Fill Your Nutritional Gaps

The supplement industry is worth over 50 billion dollars. And multivitamins are one of its biggest sellers.

Here is what most people do not know. The B12 in most multivitamins requires your body to convert it before it can use it. The iron absorbs at a fraction of the rate of iron from real food. And up to 40 percent of people cannot convert the folic acid in most multivitamins into a usable form at all.

A 2018 study of over 30,000 adults published in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that nutrients from food were associated with lower risk of death. Nutrients from supplements were not.

You cannot out-supplement a bad diet.

Lie 3 — Natural On A Label Means It Is Actually Natural

The FDA has no formal definition for the word natural. None. Any company can put it on any product and the FDA cannot stop them.

Snapple was sued for calling itself all natural while containing high fructose corn syrup. Naked Juice settled a 9 million dollar lawsuit for calling its juices all natural while containing synthetic vitamins and GMOs. And the FDA recently approved a new food dye called Beetroot Red — made by engineering DNA into yeast in a lab with no actual beets involved — that can be legally labeled no artificial colors.

Natural is a marketing word. Not a safety standard. Not a legal definition.

The only way to know what is actually in your food is to read the ingredient list. Not the front of the package.

Three lies. Billions in profit. And a population that keeps getting sicker while doing exactly what they were told.

Real food does not need a marketing department to tell you it is healthy.

The lettuce outbreak spreading across 34 states right now is not just a food safety story. It is a story about what happens when one company controls too much of your food supply.

Nearly 2,000 confirmed cases. 141 hospitalizations. Two deaths. All traced back to a single farm in central Mexico.

Here is what most people do not know.

Taylor Farms is the largest fresh cut salad producer in America. And the brands they supply will surprise you.

Walmart Marketside. Taylor Farms.
Whole Foods 365. Taylor Farms.
Target Good and Gather. Taylor Farms.
Costco Kirkland Signature. Taylor Farms.
Kroger Simple Truth. Taylor Farms.
Taco Bell. Subway. McDonald's. Taylor Farms.

One company. One contaminated farm. One parasite in the irrigation water. And 34 states had an outbreak before anyone could stop it.

Here is the part that should make everyone angry.

In the first six months of 2026 Taylor Farms shipped over 168,000 produce shipments from Mexico into the United States. The FDA physically inspected 5 of them. And the last time an FDA inspector visited the Taylor Farms Mexico facility was 2019.

And this is not the first time. Taylor Farms Mexico caused a cyclospora outbreak in 2013 linked to Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Same company. Same parasite. Same facility. Thirteen years apart.

This is what industry consolidation looks like at scale. Economies of scale give us cheap lettuce at every store in America. That is a real benefit. But it also means one contaminated water source at one farm in Mexico can make people sick in 34 states simultaneously.

The brands on the label are different. The supply chain is the same.

Maybe paying an extra dollar for lettuce grown closer to home with more inspections and more local accountability is not actually more expensive. Not when you factor in the hospitalizations. The missed work. The weeks of illness. And the two people who did not survive it.

How to make your kitchen actually healthy. Most people skip all of this.

1. Your fridge filter is not enough.Built in refrigerator filters do not remove pharmaceuticals, heavy metals or PFAS. Get a tabletop reverse osmosis machine. Worth every penny.

2. Your microwave is storage now.Stop cooking or heating food in it. Use it to store your cast iron. Seriously.

3. Packaged food has to go.Hot dog buns. Crackers. Anything in a bag or box. Replace with fresh fruit. Go organic if you can.

4. Throw out the nonstick pans.George Foreman grills. Teflon coated pans. The moment the coating scratches those chemicals go straight into your food. Not worth it.

5. Switch to stainless steel.Lasts forever. No chemical leaching. Take care of them and they outlive you.

6. Store your olive oil properly.Clear glass bottles let in light which degrades the oil. Switch to a dark bottle or tin. Oxidized olive oil is doing more harm than good.

For everyone over 35 — I have a question for you.

If you could go back and tell your younger self one thing. Just one thing. What would it be?

Mine is controlling my anger.

Not the loud kind. Not the kind that gets you in trouble in public. The quiet kind. The resentment that builds up when you swallow what you really wanted to say. The walls you build around yourself because it feels safer than being honest. The mistakes that come from reacting instead of responding.

I have thought about this a lot. And I will be honest — I am still working on it. I do not think it ever fully goes away.

But here is what I have learned. The moment you realize something about yourself is not a setback. It is a starting point. You cannot change what you did not know. But once you know it you have a choice.

I am choosing to change now. Not because the past did not matter. But because the next chapter still does.

So I will ask you again.

If you could tell your younger self one thing — just one — what would it be?

Drop it in the comments. I genuinely want to know.

Three simple swaps that will put fewer chemicals in your body starting today.

Most people focus on what they eat. But what you cook with and what you drink from matters just as much.

Non-Stick Pans
Easy to clean. Easy to cook in. But at high heat — especially the no-name brands — the coating breaks down and releases chemicals directly into your food. Forever chemicals. PFAS. And if your pan has scratches it is even worse. Every scratch is a new entry point for chemicals leaching into whatever you are cooking.

The swap is simple. Stainless steel. No coating to break down. No scratches to worry about. Lasts forever if you treat it right.

Plastic Cooking Utensils
You already know this one. Using plastic spatulas, spoons and ladles in high heat releases microplastics and chemicals directly into your food while you cook. Every stir. Every scrape. Every flip.

Upgrade to stainless steel utensils. They cost a little more upfront. But they last forever and they will never leach a single chemical into your meal.

Your Water Source
This is the one most people get wrong. The filter built into your fridge does not remove PFAS. It does not remove pharmaceuticals. It does not remove the full range of chemicals that independent lab tests have found in tap water across the country.

The cheapest and easiest solution is a tabletop reverse osmosis machine. It strips out virtually everything. Clean water. No chemicals. No ongoing guesswork about what is in your glass.

Three swaps. All simple. All affordable. And all of them reduce the chemical load your body has to deal with every single day.

Lab grown plant meat. Is it actually healthy or is it just really good marketing?
I have been thinking about this a lot lately.
Remember Beyond Meat? A few years ago everyone thought it was going to replace real beef. The stock went crazy. Every restaurant was adding it to the menu. It was everywhere.

Then people actually started paying attention to what was in it.

The ingredient list. The seed oils. The sodium. The stuff that makes it taste and feel like meat.

The stock crashed. The hype faded.

But here is the thing. I have seen this before.

Remember the first protein bars? They tasted like cardboard. Chalky. Awful. Nobody wanted them. But the food science kept getting better and now protein bars taste like candy. Kids eat them as snacks.

I think the same thing is going to happen with plant based meat. Give it 5 years. The texture will be better. The taste will be closer. And it will be everywhere again.

And when that happens there is going to be a real battle. A push toward a plant first society. Meat will get more expensive. More restricted. More socially complicated to eat in certain circles.

I have seen it already. Vegans on one side. Carnivores on the other. Both convinced they have the answer.

But history always pulls back to the middle.

Real food. Whole food. Not engineered in a lab. Not processed in a factory. Just food that existed before marketing departments decided what healthy meant.

The extreme always fades. The middle always wins.

And the middle is whole food.

Most people are not eating enough protein. And most people are getting it from the wrong sources.

Here are the top 5 highest protein foods ranked by serving size.

Eggs — 2 eggs delivers 13g of protein plus choline, Vitamin A and healthy fats. The most complete and affordable protein source available.

Beef Organs — 3oz serving delivers 17g of protein alongside the highest concentration of micronutrients of any food on the planet. Not just protein. Nutrition.

Sardines — one can delivers 23g of protein plus omega-3s, calcium and B12. One of the most underrated and affordable protein sources most people never consider.

Beef Liver — 3oz serving delivers 22g of protein alongside more B12, iron, zinc and Vitamin A than almost any other food in existence. Protein with a complete micronutrient package.

Chicken Breast — 6oz serving delivers 53g of protein making it the highest protein food on this list per serving. Clean, lean and versatile.

The difference between these foods and a protein bar? Every single one of them existed before a factory did.

Real protein from real food. Your body knows exactly what to do with it.

Liver is the most nutrient dense food on the planet. And most men have never touched it.

Somewhere between our grandfathers generation and ours we decided organ meat was gross and protein bars were health food. And male health has paid the price ever since. Testosterone levels are declining. Energy is crashing. Muscle recovery is slower. Focus is harder to maintain.

The answer has been sitting in the butcher case the whole time.

Here are 5 reasons every man should be eating beef liver.

Zinc for Testosterone — zinc is the single most important mineral for testosterone production and beef liver is one of the richest sources available. Zinc deficiency is directly and consistently linked to low testosterone across multiple studies. Most men are not getting enough from their diet and no supplement absorbs as efficiently as zinc from whole food animal sources.

B12 for Energy and Brain Function — beef liver contains more B12 than virtually any other food on the planet. B12 is essential for energy production at the cellular level, neurological function and the formation of red blood cells. Chronic fatigue and brain fog are two of the most common symptoms of B12 deficiency — and two of the most common complaints among men over 35.

CoQ10 for Heart Health — CoQ10 is a compound that every cell in your body uses to produce energy and beef liver is one of its richest natural sources. It is particularly critical for heart muscle function and has been shown in multiple studies to support cardiovascular health and reduce oxidative stress.

Vitamin A for Eye Health and Immunity — beef liver is the single highest natural source of Vitamin A of any food. Vitamin A supports eye health, immune function, skin integrity and cellular repair. Most men are not getting anywhere near adequate amounts from a standard diet.

Creatine for Muscle Strength and Recovery — most people associate creatine with supplements but beef liver contains it naturally. Creatine directly supports muscle strength, power output and recovery between training sessions — without the synthetic additives found in most creatine powders.

One food. Five critical nutrients. The way men ate for thousands of years before we replaced real food with supplements and protein bars.

Most people have no idea what a truly clean day of eating actually looks like.

No protein powders. No meal replacement shakes. No supplements masquerading as food. Just real whole foods that have existed long before the modern food industry decided to replace them with cheaper, more addictive alternatives.

Here is what a complete whole food day of eating looks like for the average man — and what it actually delivers nutritionally.

Breakfast starts with 3 whole eggs scrambled in grass fed butter, 6oz of grilled chicken breast, half an avocado and black coffee. High protein, healthy fats and zero processed ingredients to start the day.

Lunch is a 6oz grass fed ground beef patty over a large mixed green salad dressed with olive oil and lemon with cherry tomatoes. Simple, filling and built entirely around whole food ingredients.

Dinner is a 6oz grass fed ribeye steak with roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli with butter and bone broth. A complete meal with quality protein, complex carbohydrates and micronutrients your body actually needs.

Snack is 2 hard boiled eggs, a handful of mixed nuts and a piece of seasonal fruit. No bars, no powders, no ingredients you cannot pronounce.

Here is what this day delivers nutritionally:

2,100 calories. 164g of protein. 124g of fat. 83g of carbohydrates — all from whole food sources. 27g of sugar — every gram naturally occurring with zero added sugar across the entire day. 20g of fiber. And meaningful amounts of iron, zinc, B12 and Vitamin A without a single supplement.

This is what eating well actually looks like. Not complicated. Not expensive. Just real food.
