Some days call for an easy late lunch, and this was definitely one of them. ❤️🍕

✨ Honey Pork Chops with Creamy Mashed Potatoes & Coleslaw ✨

This meal is so easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for a comforting family dinner. Save this recipe for later! 🤍

🍯 **Honey Pork Chops**

**Ingredients:**
• Pork chops
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Garlic powder
• ¼ cup vinegar
• ½ cup honey
• 1 cup chicken stock
• Fresh diced garlic

**Method:**

1. Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan.
3. In the same pan, add the diced garlic and sauté briefly.
4. Pour in the vinegar, honey, and chicken stock. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
5. Return the pork chops to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce until they’re tender and coated in the sticky honey glaze.

🥗 **Creamy Coleslaw**

**Ingredients:**
• Cabbage
• Carrots
• Mayonnaise
• Milk
• Sugar

**Method:**
Mix everything together until creamy. Chill before serving for the best flavor.
