🌿 WISDOM FOR THE WISE 🌿
✨ If your man or woman is always in a bad mood for you, it is not mood — it is misplaced priority. You cannot be second and expect first-class treatment. ✨
đź“– Revelation 2:4 (NKJV)
"Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love."
🔥 Persistent irritation is not stress — it is emotional repositioning.
🔥 When someone values you, their tone protects you.
🔥 You do not become “too much” for the right person — you become treasured.
🔥 Love that constantly feels heavy is not love — it is tolerance.
🔥 Nobody is permanently in a bad mood around what they truly cherish.
🔥 Ruthless Mentor Truth:
Stop interpreting consistent coldness as personality. It is placement.
People are warm where they are invested.
They are irritated where they are emotionally detached.
🌿 REFLECTION:
Are you being loved intentionally — or managed conveniently?

A DISCOURSE ON APOSTLESHIP, BISHOPRIC, AND ECCLESIAL ORDER
Restoring Biblical Clarity for a Stronger Church in Africa
SALUTATIONS
Grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
To the Fathers of the faith,
to Bishops, Apostles, Pastors, Elders, and Theological Educators,
to the rising generation of sent men and women,
and to the Body of Christ in Africa, particularly Zambia
I write not as a critic, but as a steward of truth, burdened by Scripture, order, and the future of the Church.
INTRODUCTION: THE REAL CRISIS IS NOT CALLING — IT IS CONFUSION
The present weakening of the Church’s voice in Africa is not the result of persecution, scarcity of anointing, or absence of gifted men. It is the result of ecclesiological confusion—a confusion between calling and office, authority and administration, divine sending and institutional endorsement.
In our time, bishopric has been romanticized as a superior rank, while apostleship has been questioned, resisted, or reduced to a title. This reversal of biblical order has produced unnecessary drama, generational hostility, and institutional elitism that has diluted apostolic authority and weakened the prophetic witness of the Church, especially here in Africa and in Zambia.
I. THE MYTH OF SUPERIORITY: WHEN OFFICE IS EXALTED ABOVE CALLING
The New Testament does not present bishopric as superior to apostleship.
Ephesians 4:11 (KJV)
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;”
From a theological and philosophical standpoint, this text establishes priority of function, not hierarchy of prestige. Apostleship appears first because foundations precede structures.
1 Corinthians 3:10 (KJV)“…as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation…”
To elevate bishopric above apostleship is to confuse governance with generation and administration with origination.
II. BISHOPRIC: A NOBLE OFFICE, NOT A TRANSCENDENT CALLING
Bishopric is a biblical office, honorable and necessary, but it is not an ascension gift.
1 Timothy 3:1 (KJV) “If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.”
The language of Scripture is deliberate:
Desire is mentioned
Calling is not
Titus 1:7 (KJV) “For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God…”
The bishop functions as:
A steward
An overseer
A guardian of doctrine and order
But bishopric is administrative, not foundational.
III. APOSTLESHIP: DIVINE COMMISSION BEYOND CEREMONY
Apostleship is not conferred by councils, schools, or ceremonies. It is initiated by Christ Himself.
Galatians 1:1 (KJV)
“Paul, an apostle, not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ…”
Romans 1:1 (KJV)
“Paul… called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,”
Philosophically speaking, apostleship belongs to purpose (telos), not merely process (techne). It is validated by fruit, authority, and divine sending.
1 Corinthians 9:2 (KJV)
“…the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.”
IV. THE RISE OF ECCLESIASTICAL ELITISM
One of the most damaging developments in the African Church is the rejection of younger leaders based on academic lineage rather than spiritual legitimacy.
We now see:
Bishops who cannot accept younger bishops,
Apostolic voices dismissed for lacking their Bible school credentials determined by older Bishops as if seminaries are limited.
Acts 4:13 (KJV)
“…they perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men… and they marvelled…”
Let it be clear: The Church is not anti-education.
But the Church is not governed by education alone.
1 Corinthians 1:27 (KJV) “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise…”
Education is a servant of revelation—not its master.
V. BISHOPRIC EMBEDDED WITHIN APOSTOLIC AUTHORITY
Scripture demonstrates that oversight is already inherent in apostleship.
Acts 1:20 (KJV) “…and his bishoprick let another take.”
This text proves: Bishopric refers to office, not gifting
Offices can be reassigned
Apostolic calling cannot be transferred by succession
Paul never sought consecration into bishopric because his oversight flowed naturally from apostleship.
VI. AFRICA, ZAMBIA, AND THE COST OF DRAMA
The Church in Africa has not lost relevance due to secularism.
She has lost authority due to internal disorder.
When:
Apostles are resisted
Offices compete for prestige
Institutions replace discernment
The Church becomes visible—but powerless.
Matthew 23:4 (KJV)
“For they bind heavy burdens… but they themselves will not move them…”
Africa does not need more titles.
Zambia does not need more ceremonies.
We need restored apostolic order.
CONCLUSION: ORDER IS OBEDIENCE, NOT TRADITION
Bishops are biblical.
Apostles are foundational.
One does not cancel the other.
But when office is exalted above calling, the Church loses her voice and her authority.
Hebrews 8:5 (KJV) “…See… that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee…”
This discourse is not rebellion.
It is restoration.
It is not ambition.
It is biblical clarity.
BENEDICTION
May the Lord restore order without pride,
authority without tyranny,
and unity without compromise.
May the Church in Africa rise again
—clear in doctrine, strong in government,
and faithful to the pattern of Christ.
Respectfully submitted,
