SUNDAY MORNING UPDATE…KANA UCHITAURA NA MAMBO UNO PFUGAMA...🦁🐊💪🏽👑

Following my week-long business engagements in DUBAI, I had the honour and PRIVILEGE of paying a COURTESY VISIT on His Excellency, President DR. E.D. MNANGAGWA this morning. During our brief discussions, His Excellency expressed his DEEPEST CONCERN over the plight of Zimbabwean citizens who remain STRANDED in the Republic of South Africa, particularly the MULTITUDES camped at the Zimbabwean Embassy. Being the FATHER to ALL Zimbabweans that he is irrespective of where they may be, President Mnangagwa spoke with DEEP EMPATHY and genuine compassion about the pain and HARDSHIP many of our fellow citizens are presently enduring. In that regard MAMBO MUNHUMUTAPA gave me EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS and ORDERED me to immediately donate US$1 MILLION towards facilitating the urgent repatriation of those Zimbabweans who are still unable to return home.

Given the HUGE amount required, I had to HUMBLY PLEAD with His Excellency to afford me at least 24 HOURS to try my best to mobilise the funds through every lawful means available to me, including engaging friends, BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, relatives and even BORROWING FROM commercial BANKS and financial institutions. I however UNDERTOOK that this amount will be available to the MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE by 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, in support of Government’s ongoing repatriation efforts. Ndiri kunamata 🙏 ne kuisa MUTEURO kuti mari iyi ikwane by tomorrow morning 🤣🤣🤣.

His Excellency further APPEALED to all Zimbabweans affected by the developments in our neighbouring country to return home and rebuild NIKA YOKWAVO…🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼 nekuti, “Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo.” As patriotic citizens and members of the BUSINESS COMMUNITY, we have a NATIONAL DUTY and corporate responsibility to complement Government’s efforts whenever our country faces such emergencies, considering Treasury and fiscal constraints. As the President INSTRUCTED, kana mari ikasakwana NDICHA TSVAGA IMWE KUNE VAMWE , until every Zimbabwean affected comes back home and we build our COUNTRY…..TOGETHER !!!

The SECOND REPUBLIC as led by President Mnangagwa has indeed walked the talk in LEAVING NO ONE and NO PLACE BEHIND. I also invite the BUSINESS COMMUNITY to stand with Government in the spirit of PATRIOTISM so that the dignity and WELFARE of every Zimbabwean citizen is protected. This is the thrust and SPIRIT of our REVOLUTIONARY mass party, ZANU PF, that every Zimbabwean matters, whether at home or abroad, and together as one UNITED people, we shall continue building our nation BRICK UPON BRICK 🧱...STONE UPON STONE….towards the attainment of VISION 2030.

Harare Province has registered some modest success in winning people’s hearts to ZANU PF owing to the hard and tireless efforts by Voyage Dambuza, these efforts will not only drive Harare province but inspire other provincial PC’s to work hard for the party .

Did you know ! Hie Excellency Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has been a trailblazer in setting Zimbabwe towards the development of Zimbabwe that is from infrastructure, health institutions rehabilitation, health insurance cover, local empowerment agenda that is bearing tangible benefits among millions of indigenous Zimbabweans .

His Excellency Dr E.D Mnangagwa has championed the re-engagement drive to the extent that Zimbabwe won the non-permanent sit in the security council a minor milestone in the re-engagement agenda , under the President’s philosophy that ZIMBABWE IS A FRIEND TO ALL AND ENERMY TO NON .

The constitution amendment bill number 3 , popularly known amongs Citizens as is a living testimony that is vivid in our mind and its success can never be overemphasized.

300,000 SUBMISSIONS DOES NOT MEAN 300,000 PEOPLE*

There is an important misconception circulating around the CAB3 consultation process.

The figure of 300,000 submissions does not mean only 300,000 Zimbabweans participated. A submission is not the same thing as an individual person.

Many submissions were made on behalf of large constituencies and organisations. For example, the Zimbabwe Council of Churches submitted a position representing approximately 8.7 million congregants across its member churches. The Zimbabwe Catholic Bishops' Conference submission represented approximately 3.7 million faithful. Trade unions, community organisations, residents' associations, political parties and other civic bodies also made collective submissions on behalf of their memberships.

This is an important distinction because democratic participation is not measured only by counting individuals who physically cast a vote. It is also measured by the extent to which citizens are given structured opportunities to express their views through institutions and organisations that represent them.

Had Zimbabwe gone down the referendum route, participation would have been limited to those who turned out to vote on a particular day. By contrast, the CAB3 consultation process allowed churches, civic organisations, professional bodies, community groups and individual citizens to place their views directly on the parliamentary record. The result was a process that captured perspectives from constituencies representing millions of Zimbabweans across the country.

For context, Zimbabwe has approximately 6.6 million registered voters. Yet the organisations that participated in the CAB3 process represent membership well-over ten of million when aggregated - spanning every province, every sector, and every layer of Zimbabwean society.

The correct interpretation is therefore not that CAB3 received 300,000 voices. It is that CAB3 received 300,000 submissions representing millions of Zimbabweans from every sector of society. The significance of the consultation process lies precisely in that reach - and no honest reading of the numbers supports the claim that public participation was narrow or insufficient.

Today marks yet another milestone historically as Zimbabwe Presidential Advisor on investments, Central Committee Member, Philanthropist and business Man Dr T.P Tungwarara places HEAVY WEIGHT on CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT BILL NUMBER 3 .

Key notes address by Dr Tungwarara reads, Under CAB3, the President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa will be elected in a way that places greater responsibility on our MP’s , as in other mature democracies around the world .This means fewer costly nationwide elections . When you say yes to , you are not saying yes to one man or one party . You are saying yes to development mode instead of election mode , you are saying yes to uninterrupted progress . You are saying yes to vision 2030 - where Zimbabwe becomes a prosperous, upper-middle-income society.

My fellow mujibhas and Chimbwidos, when you return to your homes in Mbare ,in Highfield, in Glen Norah , in kuwadzana and in all townships and villages of this great nation , encourage your neighbors to say YES to CAB3 .CAB3 is about Zimbabwe choosing to stop wasting time and money on endless elections .

Empowerment and development cannot happen in a country that is constantly pausing for elections .
