Harare Inter-District Meeting: Dr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei Commends President Mnangagwa’s Development Agenda

Businessman Dr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei addressed thousands of delegates at the ZANU-PF Harare Inter-District Meeting held at the Aquatic Complex on Tuesday, where he highlighted what he described as significant development projects implemented under President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s leadership.

Addressing provincial leaders, district representatives, and affiliate organizations, Dr. Tagwirei said the President’s administration had prioritized infrastructure, economic transformation, and empowerment initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods.

“We are seeing tangible progress in infrastructure, agriculture, and industry. These are not promises — these are projects on the ground,” Dr. Tagwirei said.

He pointed to ongoing national projects, including road rehabilitation, dam construction, and investment in agriculture, saying these initiatives were contributing to economic stability and growth.

During his remarks, Dr. Tagwirei told delegates that President Mnangagwa had instructed him to deliver a message of encouragement to Harare Province, emphasizing unity, discipline, and focus on development.

Party officials from various wings — including the Women’s League, Youth League, Veterans League, and representatives from affiliate organizations — attended the meeting. The venue was filled with singing and coordinated displays as delegates welcomed senior leaders.

The Inter-District meeting forms part of the party’s internal communication program, where provinces receive feedback on resolutions and strategic direction,
