Data: Total floor area 3.3M sq ft. 57 elevators, 8,190 windows. Facade uses 103,000 sq m low-E glass. Concrete core strength 80 MPa at base.
Infrastructure: 2 observation decks at 124+148 floors. District cooling plant supplies 25,000 tons/day. Water collection system recovers 15M gallons/year from AC condensate.
Design: Y-shaped buttressed core reduces wind vortex shedding 40%. Setbacks follow Islamic architecture patterns. Facade VLT 35% to limit solar gain.
USA comparison: One World Trade Center = 541m, 104 floors. Burj Khalifa = 287m taller, 59 more floors with equivalent structural safety factors.
