not a vague “i want to be healthier.” a real, felt reason that pulls you back even when life gets hard. when the why is weak, the habit dies first.

we overestimate what we’ll do and underestimate how powerful showing up at all is. 5 minutes beats 0 every single time.
03. a routine built for your actual life
not the optimised version. this life. if it only works when everything is perfect, it won’t work.
04. room to miss a day.
missing a day doesn’t break a routine. thinking you’ve failed because you missed one does. consistency isn’t perfection , it’s the return.
05. identity over outcome
“i’m trying to work out” and “i’m someone who moves her body” feel completely different. one is a task. the other is who you are.
routines don’t fail because you’re not trying hard enough.
they fail because they were designed for someone else.

what you need:
•2 cups extra firm tofu
•2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour
•1 cup coconut milk or water
•salt + olive oil
side note: I’ve been experimenting with this, so these ratios you may need to adjust as you go.
blend your tofu until smooth. add your flour, coconut milk or water, a pinch of salt and olive oil. mix until a soft dough forms | once it reaches a pliable, non-sticky consistency, stop adding flour. trust the feel of it.
roll flat. hot pan. done. ready to serve.

delusional thinking isn’t toxic positivity. it’s actually one of the most psychologically powerful things you can do. when you repeatedly tell yourself a new story about who you are your brain starts to believe it. not because you tricked it. because that’s literally how identity works.
the psychological term is self-concept. it’s the story you hold about yourself at the deepest levels. it’s shaped by experiences, by other people, by a version of you, by all your fears. most of us are still living inside that story without even realising it.
delusional thinking is your power to rewrite and override.
your brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is consistently, vividly believed. that’s not a wellness trend. that’s neuroscience.
so be delusional..
you are one delusional decision away from everything changing. your life is not waiting for you to be ready. it’s waiting for you to be delusional enough to start. 🖤

what your body needs and wants every day
not a diet.
not a meal plan.
just the daily non-negotiables that change how you look, how you feel and how you recover.
i used to overthink food. fixate on the same things on repeat until i never wanted to see them again. what actually helped was this >>>> diversity. building my plate around what my body genuinely needs every single day.
protein. omega-3. iron. hydration. magnesium. wholegrains. fibre. and the daily additions most people overlook — extra virgin olive oil, vitamin d, minerals, celtic sea salt, lemon.
when i started consistently hitting these, that’s when everything changed. my energy, my training, my body, my skin, my mood.
you don’t need to be perfect. you just need to be consistent and diverse.
