🚨 When implants aren’t an option.

Systemically compromised patients often face unique challenges. This patient’s insecurity about her smile was resolved with two full zirconia bridges.

The results are life-changing! Although implants would have been ideal, this solution worked beautifully. One thing I’d change is adding more transparency to the bridge edges for a more natural appearance. Although the transparency sometimes in patients could as well make the teeth look stained or not real, as that transparency is more prominent on a younger smile 😃

Whitening the bottom teeth helped create a uniform smile but sadly I don’t have pictures of it 😅

What if you could get your dream smile without veneers? This patient thought he needed porcelain veneers, but our conservative smile makeover proved otherwise – and he couldn’t be happier with the result! 😄

Treatment Plan: We aligned his smile with Invisalign, brightened it with professional whitening, then artistically bonded two front teeth (teeth 11 and 21) to enhance their shape, plus a final incisal edge polish for that perfect finish. All of this with zero drilling or shaving of his natural teeth  – true conservative dentistry.

The Result: A gorgeous, natural-looking smile ✨ achieved with minimally invasive treatments. Our patient was thrilled that we accomplished his smile goals without grinding down healthy enamel . He originally asked about veneers, but after seeing these results, he’s glad we preserved his real teeth instead.
