Like many, I followed the usual playbook: train hard, eat clean, and buy the “right” products.

But the more time I spent outdoors, the more I questioned modern life and what truly matters. Nature has a way of bringing us back to basics. It taught me that what goes onto our skin matters just as much as what goes into our bodies.

As I simplified my life, I found myself drawn to real ingredients and traditional ways of caring for the body. That journey led me to tallow soap and eventually to making my own at home.

It made sense to us. Friends loved it. And over time, The Tallow Bias was born.

Today, our mission remains simple: skincare rooted in simplicity, tradition, and honest ingredients.

Raised with simplicity, she always believed care didn’t need to be complicated.

Somewhere along the way, modern skincare convinced us all that more products meant better care.
She never quite bought into that.

So we went back to what made sense:
real ingredients, traditional simplicity, and skincare that feels honest.

Tallow Butter is a rich, fat-based moisturizer made primarily from rendered Beef Tallow, combined (in our products) with a small amount of natural supporting ingredients such as Beeswax and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a smooth, practical texture.

It softens and melts with body warmth, allowing it to spread easily and absorb into the skin.

And no, despite the name, it contains absolutely no dairy.

It’s called “butter” simply because of its smooth, spreadable consistency.

At The Tallow Bias, we keep our formulations intentionally minimal.

No fillers.
No synthetic additives.
Nothing unnecessary.

Just honest ingredients doing what they’ve always done.

Because it’s real.

Our Tallow Butter is made from halal-certified, carefully rendered Beef Tallow, blended with Beeswax and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Scented versions contain only pure Essential Oils. No synthetic fragrance and no masking agents.

Because we work with real, minimally processed animal fat rather than a factory-neutralised base, subtle scent variations between batches are completely natural.

Tallow has a mild, characteristic aroma that reflects its origin and we intentionally do not bleach or chemically deodorise it.

In our unscented version, some customers may notice a light natural scent when first applying the butter. This typically fades quickly as the product warms into the skin and absorbs.

Working with simple, honest ingredients means allowing them to remain close to their natural state, including how they smell.

No need to worry.

Our Tallow Butter is made from real, natural fats, which means texture can change when exposed to warmth — whether that’s body heat, a warm room, direct sunlight, or yes… the inside of a parked car in the UAE.

This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, performance, or net weight of the product.

If it softens or melts, simply allow it to cool at room temperature and it will naturally firm up again.

Prefer a quicker reset?
Pop it in the fridge for a short time, then return it to room temperature for normal use.

Texture changes are simply part of working with real, minimally processed ingredients.
