Banya Forrest

Different colours. Different patterns. Different people.

Different backgrounds, different cultures, different stories, all coming together under one roof.

That’s what Banya is about. 🌿

Our wonderful customer Tom has been coming to Banya Forrest for years. 🌿

Here are some of his insights into the experience, why he keeps coming back, and how Banya has helped him along the way.

Same door. Different characters.

Everyone has their own way of doing Banya.

See you on the other side. 🌿

There’s something magical about feeling good together.

The heat, the cold, the conversations, the laughs. Wellness just hits different when it’s shared.

Come for the Banya. Stay for the people. 🌿

Does Parenie hurt? 🌿

Quite the opposite.

The heat, steam and rhythmic movement of the venik are designed to help the body relax, release tension and switch off.

It might look intense. It feels anything but.

You’ll understand once you’re on the table.

Come for the steam, stay for the dreams. 🚀🌙

There’s something about a proper Banya session that makes sleep hit different.

Hot. Cold. Deep sleep.

Turn the sound on. 🌿

The heat. The steam. The rhythm of the venik.

Parenie is more than a banya tradition — it helps release tension, stimulate circulation and leave the whole body feeling lighter.

Sometimes you don’t need to explain the feeling. You just need to experience it.

They say cold plunges bring you into the present. Sometimes, they bring up the past. 🧊

Either way, you’ll feel better after.
