JUNE IS LOOKING A LITTLE DIFFERENT ☀️
I’ll be swapping Dubai sunshine for a Newcastle summer from mid-June, so my schedule is a little lighter than usual this month.
Dubai classes are running as normal from 1–12 June, so if you’d like to join me before I head off, you’ll find all the details below.
And if you’re based in Newcastle, keep an eye out. I’ll be teaching at a lovely new venue towards the end of June and would genuinely love to see some familiar faces there.
My June availability in Dubai is limited and some classes are already starting to fill, so if you’d like to secure your spot, send me a message and I’ll get you booked in before I head off for the summer.

What would you do if you gave fewer f*cks?
Because maybe that’s the unexpected gift of midlife.
Not suddenly becoming fearless.
Not quitting your job and moving to Bali 😂
Just slowly caring less about:
• getting it perfect
• pleasing everyone
• waiting until you feel “ready”
And quietly starting to take up a little more space because of it.
Maybe freedom in midlife isn’t about reinventing ourselves completely.
Maybe it’s just finally exhaling.

Not a class.

Stronger.
More intentional.
Built for how our bodies feel right now - not how they use to.
This is the beginning of The Midlife Method.

Today I turn 53.
And honestly… I didn’t expect this year to look like this.
The last 12 months haven’t been linear —
there’s been the unexpected, the uncomfortable, and some really good moments too.
A life-changing diagnosis forced me to stop.
To reassess everything.
To finally prioritise my health — not just manage it.
And somewhere in that shift… everything else changed.
Fifty2Pilates was born.
Not from a plan, but from a pull I couldn’t ignore.
Now it’s my work, my routine, my community —
and something I’m building in a way that actually feels like me.
I’m proud of that.
And while I don’t have it all figured out…
I know I’m moving in the right direction.
Grateful for the people around me.
And for everyone who’s supported me this past year 🤍
