First, a small intro about the two of us. We are Dubai based Radio Professionals working with Radio 4 and want to get fitter in our lives. So... We are one of you... Six months back (read: 31st Dec 2013) like many others we decided to get fitter and healthier in the coming year. But like, the way most of the resolutions go… this one also died in just a months’ time…. 6 months down the line… Today on 1st July, 2014 we realize we haven’t done anything to attain this goal. *FACEPALM*
We know its Mid-Year but we want to restart… And to maintain the resolution and not move out of it, AGAIN! we have decided to document ourselves on a page. The idea is not to just lose weight but get Fit for life... it’s not weight loss that matters, it’s the Lifestyle change that lasts forever and benefits the most. Join us on are journey of getting Fitter in every aspect of life (Mentally, spiritually and physically) and if on the way we are able to motivate you ... We'll be Glad!! :)
