Total Blepharoplasty Before & After | 6-Month Result 👌

This case shows a very natural, refreshed change after total blepharoplasty (upper & lower eyelid surgery) performed by Dr. Albiona Saliaj.

Before surgery, the patient had noticeable excess skin on the upper eyelids, which made the eyes look heavier and more tired, even on well-rested days. The lower eyelid area also contributed to a slightly fatigued expression and less definition around the eyes.

The goal of the procedure was not to change the eyes, but to lighten and refresh the overall look. Carefully removing the excess skin and adjusting the tissue helped restore a more open and rested appearance, while keeping everything natural and in harmony with the face.

The photos show the healing process, from the early stage at 2 weeks to the final 6-month result, when the swelling has fully settled and the final shape is clearly visible.
