My Sunday night reset 🤍

Nothing revolutionary, just a few things that make me feel like I’ve got my life somewhat together before the week starts 🫣

A tidy space, food prep in the fridge, a look at the week ahead, skincare done, something to look forward to in the diary and (hopefully) an early night.

Since turning 50 , I’m learning that feeling good isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes a little bit of calm and the little things make the biggest difference.

✨ EURO SUMMER: WHAT EUROPE TAUGHT ME ABOUT SKIN

I went to Europe for the holiday… but naturally, I couldn’t completely switch off the skin therapist in me. 😂

Three countries. Three very different approaches to beauty. And so many observations I’ve brought home to Farrago.

🇫🇷 PARIS — skin is serious business.

Paris really confirmed something I’ve always believed: healthy, beautiful skin starts with understanding your skin.

I was fascinated by the pharmacies with skin scanners, consultations, incredibly knowledgeable staff and a huge focus on identifying concerns rather than simply covering them up.

Professional and medical-grade skincare is so accessible, and there’s a real culture of skin education and treating the concern.

And honestly… the skin on the streets of Paris? Flawless. 👌🏼

🇬🇧 LONDON — what’s trending?

London felt completely different.
Fast skin. Trend-led skin. What’s new? What’s next? What is everyone buying?

The skincare counters at Selfridges and Space NK were something else. Crowds everywhere, people waiting for consultations, skin specialists and beauty experts everywhere.

It made one thing very clear: people are willing to invest in their skin when they believe the expertise and product are worth it.

🇮🇹 ITALY — fresh, natural, unapologetically sun-kissed.

Ahhhhh Italia… 🤍

Fresh skin. Glowing skin. That effortless “I woke up like this” feeling.

Less makeup, beautiful skin and a glow that looked lived-in rather than manufactured.

And perhaps my favourite observation of all?

EUROPE IS OBSESSED WITH SKIN.

And coming home to Farrago, I realised how much these three philosophies actually reflect what we believe in too.

We’ve never been about chasing every new trend.

It’s about understanding your skin, educating you, creating a strategy and evolving it as your skin evolves.

And after a month in Europe, I came home more convinced than ever that skin is heading in exactly this direction.
