Bella and Amelia are national finalists in the 2026 AHIA Creative Hairdressing Awards!!! 👏🏼🥹
Bella is a finalist for Emerging Stylist of the Year. Amelia is a finalist for New Creative Talent of the Year. The SJ team is also named as a Hot Shots Team Finalist.
To be recognised at this level within the Australian hair industry takes creativity, technical skill, dedication, and an enormous amount of hard work. Behind every submission is hours of vision, precision, and passion that most people never see.
These two continually push themselves, inspire everyone around them, and represent everything SJ stands for. Watching them be celebrated on a national stage is one of our proudest moments as a salon.

Judy said it before Sam even picked up the scissors. And honestly, that is how it goes with Sam's clients. They have been here before. They know what happens when they hand it over.
Judy came in with faded pink, hair that had run its course, and a need to FEEL something again. She had her inspo. Sam had her vision. Between the two of them they landed on a soft s**g, heavy layers, a hint of fringe, and Matrix Builder Wax Spray to finish! 🤩
