I have kept my Pensioner pricing as low as possible while still covering rising costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* 48 hours notice is required
* Late cancellation will be a 50% fee
* No show to appointments will have a 100% fee
(As i could have someone else at that appointment, my time is valuable)

Due to Cooper's upcoming Heart Surgery, If you are unwell please postpone your appointments as i can't risk catching anything and forwarding it on to him. There's been no date set for his surgery yet but it will be done in guessing within a month or so.

I've had to take Cooper to the dentist this morning as he needs to have a dental clearance for his upcoming Heart Surgery.
I didn't realise it was going to take longer than a usual check up.
Unfortunately I don't my appointment book with me, so I can't get in touch with clients that are in from 10am.
I'm really sorry if you arrive and I'm not there..I will be back asap I'm so very sorry. Thank you so much for understanding
