It offers a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected or simply seeking deep rest. 🌿

I begin each session with a grounding and chakra opening guided meditation, helping you settle into your body before I start to channel the Reiki healing energy. 🧘‍♀️

During your session, you may experience warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, a feeling of lightness or deep relaxation. Some people notice colours or images, emotions surfacing, or moments of clarity. Others drift into sleep or simply enjoy the stillness.

Reiki may support a sense of calm, ease feelings of stress and offer space for connection and reflection. There is nothing you need to feel or achieve—each experience is personal. 🤍

Afterwards, we take time to gently come back and have a chat, sharing what you experienced and what I noticed during your treatment.

A big thank you to my wonderful teacher, Maggie, for sharing her knowledge, experience and passion so generously. 🙏

I’m so excited to bring this beautiful new therapy into Red Stone Healing, adding another skill to the way I support and care for my clients.

For now, I have a few more days to enjoy Bali 🌴✨ and I’ll be back at Red Stone next week, refreshed, inspired and with a few new tricks in my therapist toolbox. 💆‍♀️

As I’ve evolved, so has Red Stone Healing. It felt only natural for our logo to evolve too, becoming a truer reflection of the heart, values and vision behind this space.
