Casuarina glauca 'Green Wave'

This native shrub is a very cool plant for the coastal, contempory, formal, or informal landscape environment.

Growing to around 1.5m in size it can be left to grow organically or lightly trimmed for a denser look.

These plants thrive in full sun to light shade and will grow in a wide range of free draining soils.

Once established, they are extremely drought tolerant and handle coastal winds, salt spray and light frosts.

The Casuarina 'Green Wave' is in general a great all rounder for the garden environment and in my opinion a really underrated plant.
