A long overdue freshen up!!

To my wonderful clients,
Firstly, thank you for your continued support. Every appointment, recommendation, like, comment, and kind word means so much to me. I truly appreciate every one of you who has supported Jade Maree Hair Design since I opened.

After careful consideration, I have made the decision to implement a small price adjustment, effective immediately. This is the first general price increase since opening, aside from the introduction of GST.

Like everyone, I have seen a significant increase in the cost of running a business, from products and supplies to everyday operating expenses. This small increase will help me continue providing the quality service, products, and experience that I pride myself on.

I also need to introduce a non-refundable booking fee for all new client appointments, effective immediately!! Unfortunately, I have experienced an increase in new client bookings that simply don't show up for their appointments. As a small business, these missed appointments have a significant impact on my day and prevent those appointment times from being offered to other clients.
The booking fee will be deducted from your service total on the day of your appointment and is simply there to secure your booking.

I understand that price increases and policy changes are never ideal, and these decisions certainly weren't made lightly. Thank you for your understanding, continued support, and for choosing Jade Maree Hair Design. I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to create beautiful hair for years to come.
