Why do tight legs and hips cause lower back pain?

The body is connected in one continuous chain:
legs → hips → lower back
When one area becomes tight, tension is immediately transferred upward.

🔹 1) Tight hips
• Reduce hip mobility
• The lower back has to compensate and work harder
➡️ The lower back becomes tight, fatigued, and develops chronic pain

🔹 2) Tight hamstrings (back of the thighs)
• Pull the pelvis into an abnormal tilt
• The lower back must arch or bend to compensate
