Paige is a Remedial Massage Therapist at Muscle Freedom with a Diploma in Remedial Massage from ACFB. She takes a thorough, client-focused approach and creates a relaxed, welcoming environment for every treatment.
Paige uses a range of techniques including cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling, and corrective exercises to help clients move and feel their best.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, meditation, HIIT, running, beach days, and spending time with her two British Shorthair cats. 🐱
