Centella has incredible healing and hydrating properties. It helps calm and soothe the skin while supporting the skin’s natural repair process, making it especially beautiful for sensitive, stressed or compromised skin.

A beautiful afternoon of connection, stillness, and sound. ✨ On Sunday, we gathered for a deeply nourishing sound immersion, allowing ourselves to slow down, breathe, and simply be. As it turned out, our event aligned with the beautiful planetary alignment—a completely unplanned but wonderful surprise that seemed to add its own unique energy to the afternoon. Surrounded by these radiant sunflowers, and held by the gentle vibrations of the meditation and sound, the experience felt incredibly powerful. There was a beautiful sense of grounding, openness, and connection shared throughout the room. Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought your beautiful energy. It is always such a privilege to hold these spaces and witness each person's journey unfold. Sometimes, the universe gently reminds us that we are exactly where we need to be. May the peace and harmony we created together continue to ripple out into your week. 🌻💛✨ #soundbath #reiki #tibetanbowls #sunflowers #community @rebalancewithin @surrealbeautyimage
