Meet The Fourth Trimester Reset 🤍

Motherhood changes everything, and in those first months, it can feel impossible to truly switch off and take care of yourself.

That’s why I created The Fourth Trimester Reset — a treatment designed especially for mums with babies under 12 months.

This is a 90-minute appointment where you’ll choose the treatments that feel right for you on the day. Whether your body is asking for a massage, your skin is craving a facial, or your mind needs the calm of Reiki, your appointment is completely personalised to what you need.

Within those 90 minutes, time is intentionally allowed for whatever your little one might need — whether that’s a feed, a cuddle, a nappy change or a few minutes to settle. There’s no pressure to have a perfectly settled baby or to worry about the clock. If bub sleeps happily through your appointment, you’ll simply enjoy more uninterrupted treatment time. If bub needs you a little more on the day, that’s completely okay too — we’ll simply work around you both. 🤍
