My ad has officially gone up at the Albany Creek Leisure Centre, and if I’m honest, I’m a little bit embarrassed seeing my face and work out there for everyone to see! 😅

Putting yourself out there is scary, but if I want people to know that M Collective offers more than just beautiful hair, I’ve got to do it!

Most people know me for hair, but M Collective is also home to teeth whitening and cosmetic tattooing too. ✨

So if you see my ad while you’re there, please send me a pic! It’ll absolutely make my day… even if I still cringe a little. 😂🩷

✨ A little hair care tip that keeps coming up in the salon, so I thought I’d share it with everyone! 😁

A few simple do’s (and don’ts!) for healthy hair and a happy scalp:

🖤 Before you wash: If your hair is oily, give it a really good brush before hopping in the shower.

🖤 Shampoo: Focus on your scalp only. As you rinse, the shampoo naturally cleans your mid-lengths and ends. If the shampoo isn’t foaming evenly across your scalp, shampoo again until it does.

🖤 Rinse well: This step is so important! Make sure all the shampoo is thoroughly rinsed away.

🖤 Conditioner: Apply it to your ends first, then use whatever is left on your hands to lightly smooth over your roots and scalp. Your scalp deserves conditioning too!

🖤 Rinse again: Keep rinsing until all the conditioner is gone. A little trick? Look at the water around your feet. If you can still see little bubbles, there’s still product washing out. 😁

🖤 Leave-in products: Always apply leave-in moisturiser to wet hair for even distribution—and remember, a little goes a long way!
