Loving Liv is a small business worked around a part-time hairdressing career, being a small business there are a few policies put in place.
With the cancellation policy I do understand things do come up but as a small business I do ask my clients always let me know if you are needing to cancel or moving an appointment, I will understand and access each situation as they come.
