How does Microneedling work?

Microneedling works by creating hundreds of controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which tricks your body into launching a natural, tri-phasic wound-repair response. This biological process ultimately triggers your skin to rebuild, regenerate, and strengthen itself from within.

What to expect after your Microneedling Facial-

Phase I: Inflammation (0–3 Days)
The tiny needle punctures cause controlled trauma, exposing collagen fragments. Your immune system immediately dispatches platelets, neutrophils, and macrophages to the microchannels to clean up debris and fight off any potential bacteria.
This phase releases key growth factors that signal the skin to start rebuilding. You will visibly experience this phase as redness, heat, and mild swelling, similar to a sunburn.
Phase II: Proliferation (2–14 Days)
The newly cleaned wound bed is rebuilt. Fibroblasts (the cells responsible for structural integrity) migrate to the injury field and begin churning out fresh extracellular matrix proteins.
This is when the skin lays down new networks of tiny blood vessels and produces new Type-III collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. You will see this as the skin’s texture begins to smooth out and your complexion starts to brighten.
Phase III: Remodeling (14 Days–1 Year)
The wound is fully closed and replaced with fresh dermal tissue. During this time, the initial, hastily made Type-III collagen is reorganized and gradually replaced by stronger, thicker Type-I collagen.
Scar tissue flattens, the epidermal layer becomes denser, and the skin gains firmness, durability, and lasting elasticity. This is the phase that yields visible improvements in fine lines, deep acne scars, and wrinkles, with optimal results typically peaking around months 2–3.

Real, long lasting results cannot be rushed.
Micro needling is not a ‘quick fix’ it is long term remodelling of the skin TRULY reversing the aging process.
