A new chapter for Tranquility Beauty is about to begin, and I’m so excited to share what has been happening behind the scenes. I will be working alongside some wonderful friends to create something truly special.
What excites me most is the opportunity to create a space where women can come to slow down, reset, restore and feel genuinely cared for.
Tranquility Beauty has always been about creating that feeling of “I can finally exhale,” and that heart will always remain.

🌿 Simple Self-Lymphatic Strokes (Very Gentle)
Pressure: Light like moving the skin, not massaging muscle.
1️⃣ Neck (Open the drainage first)
Place fingers just above the collarbones.
Gently stretch the skin downward toward the collarbone.
Repeat 5–7 slow strokes each side.
2️⃣ Underarms
Place flat hand in the armpit area.
Gently pump inward and slightly upward.
Repeat 5 times each side.
3️⃣ Belly (Clockwise Circles)
Use flat hand.
Make slow, gentle clockwise circles.
Repeat 5–10 circles.
4️⃣ Groin / Upper Thigh
Lightly stretch the skin upward toward the hip crease.
Repeat 5 strokes each side.
5️⃣ Legs
With flat hands, glide upward from knee toward groin.
Slow and gentle.
Repeat 5 strokes per section.
✨ Do once daily for 2–3 days after treatment.
💧 Drink water and keep movement gentle.
