HAIR RESTORATION IS MORE THAN PRP.
This treatment journey included a series of 6 PRP sessions so far — but PRP is only one part of how we approach hair restoration at Medwell Clinic.
Hair and scalp concerns can be influenced by multiple factors, which is why we take a broader, individualised approach.
Depending on your assessment, your plan may incorporate:
🩸 PRP treatments as part of a structured treatment program
đź’ˇ Consistent LED light therapy where clinically appropriate
🩺 Medical assessment with Dr Kiran Varma to investigate factors that may be contributing to hair or scalp concerns
🥗 Lifestyle and nutritional considerations that may influence healthy hair function
đź“‹ Ongoing review and maintenance rather than relying on a single treatment
Hair restoration is rarely about one appointment or one modality.
Consistency matters. Maintenance matters. And understanding why hair changes are occurring matters.
Our goal is to develop an individualised plan based on your history, clinical assessment and treatment suitability — because not every person experiencing hair loss requires the same approach.
If you’re noticing increased shedding, thinning or changes in your hair density, the first step is an appropriate consultation and assessment.

Individual responses to treatment vary. Treatment suitability, expected outcomes, risks and alternative options are discussed during consultation. No treatment can guarantee hair regrowth or a particular result.
Sometimes, the “standard” option isn’t the right option for the individual patient.
In carefully selected cases, factors such as medications, bleeding risk, healing considerations, lesion location and the patient’s broader medical history may influence how a diagnosed skin cancer is managed.
This close-up shows COâ‚‚ laser being used as part of an individualised treatment approach where surgical excision was not considered the most appropriate option for this patient.
Skin cancer treatment is never one-size-fits-all. The diagnosis, cancer type, depth, location, pathology and individual risk factors all matter, and treatment should only be determined following appropriate medical assessment.
At Medwell Clinic, our focus is on choosing the most appropriate treatment pathway for the patient in front of us — not simply the most common one.
⚠️ Not all skin cancers are suitable for CO₂ laser treatment. Appropriate medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment selection are required.

✨ This transformation didn’t happen because of one treatment.
It happened because she committed to a plan.
As we move into our 40s and beyond, our skin naturally produces less collagen, repairs itself more slowly, and needs more support than it did in our 20s and 30s. The treatments that once gave noticeable results are no longer enough on their own.
The good news? Your skin is still capable of incredible change.
There are no shortcuts to healthy skin. The biggest difference isn’t just the technology, it’s consistency.
That’s why we don’t focus on quick fixes. We build long-term skin plans that evolve with your skin, helping you achieve results that continue to improve month after month.
If you’re feeling like your skin has changed and you’re not sure what it needs anymore, you’re not alone. The right plan can make all the difference.
Your skin is changing.
Your strategy should too.

Your skin probably doesn’t need another treatment.
It might need a better plan.
Swipe to see why doing more isn’t always what gets better results.
Skin doesn’t work on a deadline
Your skin doesn’t care that you want results by next month.
Collagen, pigmentation and healing all work on their own timeline.
Stronger CO2 settings don’t necessarily give you better results.
Stronger settings can be the thing holding your skin back.
More intensity doesn’t automatically mean a better result, because timing, recovery and skin condition matter just as much.
Your plan should change with your skin
If you’re doing the same treatment over and over, you may not actually have a treatment plan. Trust your clinician and trust the process.
Your skin changes. Your priorities change. Your treatment strategy should change too.
We’re not chasing perfect skin
Chasing perfect skin is probably setting you up for disappointment.
Skin has texture. It has pores. It changes with age, hormones and life.
Healthy, strong, resilient skin is a much better goal — and that’s the one we’re interested in.
Working hard or hardly working
RF needling + COâ‚‚ laser is where things start getting interesting.
Because sometimes the best skin results don’t come from doing one treatment harder…
they come from treating different layers of the skin at the same time.
One targets deeper collagen and skin support.
The other focuses more on resurfacing, texture, pores, pigmentation, and skin quality.
This is why treatment planning matters more than most people realise.
She didn’t ask for the cross contamination—but sometimes that’s the price you pay when you ask for a treatment from your peer.
This is what our COâ‚‚ Skin Reset actually looks like in clinic.
Not a fluffy facial.
Not a quick lunchtime treatment.
And definitely not one-size-fits-all.
This treatment uses fractional COâ‚‚ laser technology in a medically guided setting as part of an overall skin rejuvenation approach.
In this video we’re also treating the décolletage — an area commonly affected by cumulative sun exposure and visible skin ageing.
What most people don’t see online is everything surrounding the treatment:
• skin preparation
• barrier support
• healing support
• ongoing LED sessions
• personalised aftercare
• treatment planning based on individual skin concerns
Because outcomes are influenced by far more than the treatment itself.
Individual responses and recovery vary. All cosmetic procedures carry risks and suitability requirements. A consultation is required to determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you.

Not every kind of care happens in a treatment room.
Today we celebrate the mums, step mums, mothers-to-be, fur mums, and the women who somehow hold everything together while still showing up for everyone around them.
The women in our clinic bring so much more than professionalism.
They bring warmth, calmness, friendship, energy, support… and usually a level of laughter that can be heard from the other end of the clinic.
We are incredibly lucky to work alongside women who care for others every single day, both inside and outside of work.
Happy Mother’s Day to the women who bring life, love, strength, and a little chaos in the best possible way.
