Six years ago, JBH Aesthetics was my baby — a vision I had for creating a clinic that combined expertise, genuine care and a space I could truly be proud of.

Watching it grow into what it is today is something I don’t think I’ll ever take for granted.

JBH has grown, evolved and changed so much over the years, but one thing has remained constant — the incredible community behind it.

To every patient who has trusted me with their face, their skin and their care… to those who have been with me from the very beginning, recommended us to friends and family, shared our posts, supported our events or simply continued to walk through our doors — thank you.

You have helped me build my little baby into a clinic with an incredible team, a beautiful community and a reputation that I am fiercely proud of.

There have been long days, late nights, plenty of learning, lots of growth and more hard work behind the scenes than anyone will ever see. But I genuinely still love what I do, and I’m so proud of what JBH has become.

This clinic may have started as my dream, but our community helped build it. 🤍

Before & After | 1 Alma Harmony ClearSkin treatment

ClearSkin uses non-ablative 1540 nm laser energy combined with contact cooling to deliver controlled thermal energy into the skin. This patient was treated with one Alma Harmony Dye-VL In-Motion treatment, targeting the vascular component contributing to her facial redness and inflammation.

Dye-VL uses targeted light energy to address visible vascularity within the skin, helping to reduce background erythema and create a calmer, more even-looking complexion.

Small, crusted and easy to dismiss — but this lesion was biopsied and confirmed as a Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC).

SCC is a common form of skin cancer that develops from the squamous cells in the outer layers of the skin. It is often associated with cumulative UV exposure and can present in many different ways — including a small persistent spot that crusts, scales, bleeds, becomes tender, or simply doesn’t heal.

This is an important reminder that skin cancers don’t always look dramatic or particularly concerning.

If you notice a spot that is new, changing, persistent or repeatedly crusting or bleeding, have it assessed by a suitably qualified medical practitioner.

Early detection allows for appropriate diagnosis and management.
