To be able to do the middle splits is my dream. I literally dream about being in a full split even years after stopping pole. Just before I stoped pole I had only just gotten my middles, literally in my last couple of training sessions. that journey took me 5 years. It was my one regret that I didn’t at least stick with the stretching.
Iv only been training now for a couple of weeks and my improvement is crazy. I feel like it’s not real. I made sure I got professional guidance, I highly recommend .brier.contortion she is magic.
I look at my stretching photos every night before bed and can’t believe it. Iv learnt so much when is comes to skin, facia and connect tissue, I realised i was training so wrong in the past and I didn’t know how to effectively supplement, hydrate and repair, still I didn’t think those changes would result in this much improvement so soon. 😁😁😁😁
