1. PRE BOOK... please for the love of god, book your Christmas appointments. Christmas is the same time every year (wild we know) and is literally CRAZY every year, we do our best to fit everyone in but to avoid dissappointment pre book... and we mean not just us; hair, physio appointments, nails and all your usual appointments.

2. Ingrowns? ... exfoliate. Dull skin? ... exfoliate. Dry and flaky skin? ... exfoliate.

3. We do not have a full time receptionist ( )... booking online is the EASIEST way to book and we have FAQs and blogs that are written by staff specific for common FAQs and Canberra skin specific questions. If you leave a voicemail we will get back to you that day... on the condition you leave contact details.

4. Aftercare information is emailed to you as soon as you book an appointment :)

5. Booking 1 wax a year in a peak period... the worst. Your hair cycles need time to "sync" and to get the long results everyone desires.

6. No show policys are in place to cover the costs of staff wages for appointment times you have reserved. On fully booked out days NO SHOWing to an appointment that could have been filled by our waitlist is damaging to businesses (even when we do charge a fee). We understand life happens, i have missed shows from my partner literally shooting his hand with a nail gun, i have missed appointments before... we get it.
