Finishing the year off with the intention I set at the start:

STRONGER

It certainly wasn’t an easy battle, but I’m certain that I’m finishing up 2023 mentally and physically stronger than I started it. I mean honestly - a year ago there’s no way you’d catch me waking up early to head to yoga on Christmas Eve. That right there is enough to know I’ve changed for the better 💪🏼

You know I’m a reformer girly, but…

🔥 Hot yoga stole my heart 6 months ago, and I’ve found myself in a pretty sweet love triangle of sorts🧘‍♀️💕

Sweating it out on the mat at 6am has become my happy place – who ever thought I’d *almost* happily get out of bed before 6 to go exercise???

(The answer? Not me 🤣)

This last lap around the sun has been pretty tough for me.

Mentally. Physically. All of the “allys”.

But I’ve made it through. Stronger than before. Ready to tackle this next year with kindness, grace and flexibility.

The girls both raided my wardrobe for their looks too - Avery got my overalls and Niamh got one of my tap costumes that I wore when I was about the same age 🥹

So yeah, I’d you need me later I’ll be raising the kids lolly supplies hehehe

Managed to sneak in a quick family portrait sesh which the bride and groom were smooching the other week 👩🏼‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

(I mean 2 shots quick hahaha)

But how often are we all tizzied up and have a professional photographer on hand?

NOT OFTEN.

So Mama, here’s my reminder for you to get in front of the camera.

Ask people to take photos OF you, not FOR you.

You deserve to be in the photos 🫶🏼

No longer can I say, “always a bride, never a bridesmaid” 🤣🤣
