Shine Berwick Waters

A little business update 🤍

I’ve put off increasing my prices for quite some time, but with the continued rise in professional product costs — particularly colour and foiling products — it’s time for me to make some adjustments.

I’ve also taken a proper look at my pricing and realised that some of my services, especially foils, simply haven’t been priced appropriately for the amount of product and time involved.

New pricing will take effect from August 10.

I’m incredibly grateful to all of you who continue to choose me to look after your hair. Your support of my little business means more than you know. 🤍

Plus golf photos are the only thing in my camera roll 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi lovely clients! ❤️
I’ve always been very patient when it comes to cancellations and no-shows, and up until now I’ve never charged any fees. However, last-minute changes really impact my small business.

To put it into perspective: it’s like going to your office job and not being paid for the two hours the system is down, or there’s a software issue. When an appointment is missed, that time can’t be filled, and it’s a direct loss of income.

For this reason, I’ll now be enforcing a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice for colour appointments.
Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting my small business ❤️
